New Far Street Page is Live!

Behold the majesty of reflectivity. I mean Far Street. I mean reflective, angly, Web 2.0 screenshots of the new Far Street page! That's right! A new Far Street page! I know you were holding your breath. Let's take a look at the new features.

First is the new episode menu. A far cry from the links that used to automatically scroll down to the part of the page where the episode lived, these highly dynamic links actually run through a script that brings the episode directly to your attention through . . .

The new video window! Utilizing the same technology used by YouTube and Google Video, this new window will display the episode directly from our server (in stead of leaching off of Google Video).

If you like the episode enough there are plenty of options by which to download it directly to your hard drive. Also, you can subscribe to the iTunes podcast and be automatically updated when a new episode arrives!

If you don't like it, or if you happen to like it a whole lot, or if you think it needs more cowbell you can tell us right here in the commenting section. It will automatically add your comment to the page without stopping the video thanks to the magic of AJAX.

And it wouldn't be possible without this hot piece of programming prowess right here! Say hello to my future wife and web designer extraordinare, Becky! Couldn't you just give her a big, wet kiss? . . . No, you couldn't. 'Cause she's mine. And she doesn't like wet ones, anyway.
